Partial COD Orders

The advance amount paid for Partial COD orders is non-refundable if the order is returned to origin (RTO).
If you wish to have an RTO order re-shipped, additional shipping charges must be paid before re-dispatch.

This means processing may take a little longer than standard retailers, but you'll receive a product made specifically for you—not one that's been sitting in a warehouse.

We offer a 3-day exchange/replacement window from the date of delivery.

Size exchanges: Reverse pickup and re-delivery charges are to be borne by the customer.
Wrong or damaged items: No shipping charges apply.

To claim a free replacement or exchange for a wrong, damaged, defective, or missing item, a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully visible. Claims without a complete unboxing video will not be accepted.
